Kimberly Mucchiani is an associate in the Orange County office of O’Hagan Meyer. Her practice focuses on the defense of employers in a variety of employment lawsuits.

Kimberly’s previous legal experiences include representing general contractors and subcontractors in complex construction defect litigation, along with serving as a law clerk for a boutique firm that represented school districts which involved diverse classified and certified employment claims, pupil investigations, employee discipline, and complaints of harassment and discrimination.

Kimberly graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in International Relations. Kimberly obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
