Kenna Duckworth is a partner in O'Hagan Meyer's Seattle office and a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She represents businesses, insurers, and other clients in a broad range of civil litigation, including commercial disputes, personal injury, premises liability, discrimination claims, breach of contract matters, debt collection, and consumer protection litigation. Kenna is known for providing practical guidance and developing litigation strategies that help clients efficiently resolve disputes while protecting their business interests.

Before joining O'Hagan Meyer, Kenna practiced general civil litigation and insurance defense with a Seattle-based law firm, where she handled matters through all stages of litigation. Her broad litigation background enables her to quickly identify key issues, evaluate risk, and develop practical solutions tailored to each client's objectives.

Kenna's background is complemented by graduate-level training in mental health counseling, providing her with valuable insight into navigating challenging disputes and communicating effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing parties.
