Kathryn (“Katie”) McCallion is an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office where she provides dedicated legal representation to a diverse range of clients. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on matters involving intentional torts, negligence, child abuse, child sexual abuse, and human trafficking.

Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Katie gained substantial litigation experience at a New Jersey defense firm, defending insurance carriers in complex matters including personal injury, premises liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith claims. She also has experience in civil rights litigation on both the plaintiff and defense sides, handling matters involving employment discrimination, police misconduct, and Eighth Amendment prison conditions.
