Johnny Antwiler is a Partner of O’Hagan Meyer in its Los Angeles and Orange County offices. His practice focuses on securities litigation, financial services litigation, directors and officers (D&O) liability defense, white collar defense, professional liability, commercial litigation and labor and employment. Johnny has extensive experience representing broker-dealers, financial professionals, directors and officers, and corporations in both federal and state court, FINRA arbitrations, and investigations and actions brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Johnny worked in a national firm specializing in securities litigation, financial services litigation, and D&O liability defense.
