John Lamb has over thirty years of civil litigation experience. His practice focuses primarily on premises liability and tort defense, successfully defending clients in State and Federal Court. He also provides defense services in homeowners/condominiums governance issues and contract / commercial disputes. He practiced in Massachusetts for nearly twenty years prior to moving to Illinois in 2006, but has kept his inactive Bar status in Massachusetts to date. His practice there included, but was not limited to, real estate title examination, real estate title and zoning appeals litigation, title insurance defense, as well as property development and business and partnership disputes litigation. He had become a Land Court approved title examiner and trial attorney.
