Overview

Jade Butman is Of Counsel in the Orange County office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment, Wage & Hour, and Class & Collective Action practice groups. Jade assists clients in a wide variety of employment matters, including class action litigation ("wage and hour" and disparate impact cases), discrimination and harassment litigation, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and advice and counseling.

Jade’s experience extends across all aspects of employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, discovery, managing expert witnesses, and representation at arbitration and mediation. She has obtained numerous summary judgments on behalf of her clients and successfully resolved dozens of "wage and hour" class actions.
