David is a frequent guest speaker for various industry organizations, including the Public Agency Risk Managers Association and Southern California Risk Managers Association. He volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster youth and was recognized as Orange County CASA of the year in 2018. He also volunteers as a Chaplain with the Orange County Department of Probation working with at risk youth. Moreover, David is a member of the Board of Directors for CASA and Branches Church San Clemente, as well as a VIP Volunteer for Chaplain Orange County Department of Probation.
