Overview
Investigating discrimination, harassment, and retaliation (DHR) claims is at the core of Christina Guerin's practice. Since obtaining her certification as a Civil Rights Investigator through the Association of Title IX Administrators, Christina has investigated DHR and Title IX claims on behalf of universities across California.
Christina also defends employers against a wide variety of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and related workplace claims. Christina appears before administrative agencies, in state and federal courts, and in arbitration. Christina’s investigative background allows for practical guidance on documentation standards, witness interview techniques, and credibility assessments that strengthen factual positions and more persuasive presentations of employer decision-making.
