Quinn Adams represents businesses and individuals in commercial disputes in state and federal courts. His litigation portfolio includes claims of defamation, breaches of fiduciary duty, business torts, class actions, copyright and trademark disputes, trade secret disputes, and consumer protection claims.
Quinn understands that litigation can be a frustrating and stressful experience for any client. He aims to alleviate that frustration and stress by clearly explaining the litigation process, understanding his client’s needs and goals, and formulating a detailed litigation plan at the outset of the case.
Quinn follows a simple maxim in litigation: “Never get outworked.” He applies that approach by combining his knowledge of the legal issues with diligence, attention to detail, and persistence in advancing the case toward the client’s desired outcome. Whether negotiating a settlement, conducting a deposition, arguing a motion, presenting a case at trial, or arguing a case on appeal, Quinn brings the same dedication to every engagement.
