Berta Blen is Of Counsel at O’Hagan Meyer, specializing in labor and employment law. Her practice is dedicated to helping employers navigate a wide range of complex workplace matters, from compliance to dispute resolution. Whether advising on daily HR compliance or handling formal litigation, Berta, known for her meticulous attention to detail, prides herself on finding practical, real-world solutions to high-stakes legal issues.
Berta is also an experienced trial attorney, having tried cases in both state and federal courts. She also gained valuable experience and perspective while practicing as in-house counsel.
