Overview

Alyssa Castrillon is an associate in the Newport Beach Office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment practice. Her practice focuses on the defense of employers against claims for harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, and discrimination.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Alyssa defended employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution. This experience included litigating disputed claims, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and advising clients on risk management and compliance issues.

Alyssa attended California State University, Long Beach, where she earned her B.A. in English and minored in International Studies. She obtained her J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
