Overview
Allison Miller is an associate in the firm’s Newport Beach office, where she represents employers in a variety of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims.
Allison graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law. While in law school, she served on the executive board of California Western Law Review as the Executive Director of Symposium & Outreach. In that role, she planned and hosted How Labor & Employment Laws Work in Today’s Global Economy, a program that brought together attorneys, advocates, and policymakers from around the world to discuss emerging trends in the labor and employment space. Additionally, Allison published her own scholarly article during her time with Law Review.
Her legal experience includes externing for the Honorable Jill L. Burkhardt, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of California, and interning with the United States Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable exposure to federal practice.
Outside of the office, Allison enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and playing tennis.
