O’Hagan Meyer is proud to announce that we have earned Mansfield Certification for the 2024–2025 cycle—an achievement that underscores our commitment to fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity in the legal profession.

The Mansfield Rule, developed and administered by Diversity Lab, is a rigorous, data-driven certification process designed to ensure that all qualified attorneys have access to leadership and advancement opportunities. Since joining the initiative in 2021, we have introduced a range of internal and external efforts to support that goal, including:

        • Expanding recruitment efforts to reach a broader pool of candidates
        • Promoting diverse participation in client development opportunities
        • Investing in career development and cross-firm learning programs
        • Strengthening our mentoring program to foster inclusion and growth
        • Supporting flexible career paths tailored to individual goals

At O’Hagan Meyer, we believe that exceptional client service is inseparable from a culture of inclusion. Diverse perspectives enhance our ability to deliver creative, pragmatic, and ethical solutions to complex legal challenges.

We approach every client matter with integrity, humility, and a strong work ethic—and we hold ourselves to the same high standards in creating an environment where all attorneys feel empowered, respected, and valued.

Our participation in the Mansfield Rule reflects our deliberate commitment to creating a workplace where all attorneys can thrive. Looking ahead, we remain focused on taking meaningful action—advancing a culture of transparency and inclusion that strengthens how we serve our clients and communities.

A recent U.S. Federal Court ruling affirmed that the Mansfield Rule complies with anti-discrimination laws, reinforcing the legal integrity of our efforts and those of other certified firms.
