Overview

Natasha Covarrubias is a Partner at O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor and Employment Group. Natasha represents employers in a variety of employment disputes including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower retaliation claims. Natasha also has experience defending employers in wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions. Natasha represents her clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and pre-litigation resolution.

Natasha is a results-driven litigator with demonstrated success in high-stakes trial matters. She has played a key role in securing significant victories for her clients, including a unanimous defense verdict in federal court in 2023 in a complex employment dispute involving allegations of disability discrimination and failure to accommodate. In 2022, she contributed to a successful defense in a medical malpractice trial, obtaining a nonsuit.
