Overview

Lauren Peterkin is an associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Orange County office, where she represents clients in labor and employment matters. Her practice includes defending employers and businesses in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and related employment claims.

Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Lauren worked at a national law firm, where she represented clients in complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. She has experience drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, and advising clients on litigation strategy.

While earning her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, Lauren served on the Executive Boards of both the Moot Court and Black Law Students Association and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic. She received the 1L Pro Bono Achievement Award for her commitment to public service.

Outside the office, Lauren enjoys weight training, reading fantasy novels, and watching musicals.
