Overview
Overview
Andrea Rosenkranz counsels employers through a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including civil rights claims and harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. She brings a nuanced understanding of both individual and class action litigation.
Before joining O'Hagan Meyer, Andrea represented employees and individuals in employment and personal injury litigation at commercial law firms. This plaintiff-side experience sharpened her insight into the motivations and strategies of opposing counsel, making her a more effective and strategic defense attorney who is better able to anticipate challenges and craft stronger defenses for her employer clients.
Andrea’s comprehensive approach to problem solving and dispute resolution, in and out of court, combines legal acumen with practical business insight. She works closely with clients to tailor solutions that mitigate risk and align with their operational priorities. Her commitment to clear communication ensures clients remain informed and confident throughout complex litigation and administrative proceedings.
