She resolves complex disputes and claims involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblower protection, wrongful termination, and wage and hour laws. Her strategic approach to litigation strategy development and comprehensive knowledge of the law make her a trusted advisor for employers seeking to navigate the complexities of employment law with confidence and precision.

Alison provides legal counsel to a wide range of employers, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, including executives and managerial personnel. She partners with clients to develop preventative strategies that can reduce the risk of employment disputes before they arise.
